With us, your private information is truly private
Your personal information is yours. And that’s why we keep it really private. For our services we do ask for and record your personal data. We need this information for the services we provide to you. This allows us to provide you with the best possible information for your situation.
As of 25 May 2018, the General Data Protection Regulation, abbreviated as AVG, will be in force. This law applies to all European countries and describes how companies should handle personal data. Of course, we have made sure that we comply with this law.
Would you like to know more about how we deal with your privacy? Read more about this in our detailed explanation.
Legitimate reasons for recording and using your data
The AVG states that we may only record, process and use your personal data on the basis of legitimate reasons. And that we need your permission for this. We register your personal data in order to fulfil our contractual agreements with you, to provide you with a good service and to be able to communicate to you with appropriate information and promotions from our company.
We keep track of the personal data for which you have indicated to us that we may record, process and use yours, including for what purposes.
In case of contractual agreements, we need your personal data for this purpose:
Orders

Maintenance of purchased services
For a good customer experience, we are happy to use the personal information we have about you. We do this for you:

In addition, we have a legal obligation to use your data when we suspect fraud. Also, in suspicious situations, we will sometimes be obliged to share personal data with government authorities.
Who has access to your data
Only our company has access to your personal information, unless sharing it with other companies is really necessary to provide excellent services to you and to comply with legal obligations. When we share your personal information, we have made and recorded agreements with those companies in advance. In addition, these companies may only use and process the personal data as we have recorded with them.
If, for example, a product is sent to your company, the transport company that carries it out will of course need your address and specific company data.
